Registration FAQs

I’d like to bring a guest. What’s included with the guest registration?

Guests will have access to all meals, social functions, and programming (unless noted otherwise). In addition, our Colorado hosts are working on some exciting activities for guests to explore the sites of Colorado Springs. Stay tuned for more details!

I am a CSG Associate or Leadership Circle member and would like to use my benefits to register for the meeting.

What safety protocols will there be to ensure my safety?

To ensure the health and safety of all meeting participants during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) will be implemented for all program sessions, meals, and events. All faculty, participants and staff attending are expected to comply with local, county or state regulations in place at the time of the program. This could include social distancing measures and/or wearing of face masks (covering the mouth and nose). All participants will be advised of current protocols immediately prior to the program dates to ensure adequate preparations can be made. By registering for this event, you are acknowledging your intention to comply with such protocols.

If I register and am unable to travel to the meeting, can I cancel my registration?

In the event that you are unable to attend, please contact us at as soon as possible to cancel your meeting registration. Please note that your hotel accommodations will need to be cancelled separately by calling 800-588-0250.

If you are feeling unwell or if you, or someone you have been in contact with, has tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home. In the event that you are unable to travel due to illness, your meeting registration will be refunded in full.
