Erica Miller

Erica Miller serves as Programs & Communications Manager for The Council of State Governments West (CSG West) where she oversees regional communication efforts and key professional development programs.

As lead CSG West staff for two of the organization’s most hands-on programs – the Western Legislative Academy (WLA) and Westrain programs – Erica works to build exemplary skills training opportunities for members facilitated by expert trainers from throughout North America. She also serves as liaison between CSG West and its members serving in the Nevada and Oregon state legislatures.

A staff member of the CSG West team since 2015, Erica brings over 20 years of program and event management experience from both the nonprofit and private sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree from Emory University.
