Baja California & California On Air Quality

The burning of agriculture, tires and trash coupled with unpaved roads and other factors contribute to poor air quality along the border region. During this session, representatives of the California Air Resources Board (CARB) were invited to share their concerns regarding air quality between California and Baja California to highlight and facilitate collaborative efforts between the two states.
