Colorado River Forum (CRF)
The Colorado River Forum convenes state legislators to address and exchange information on the pressing issues of this important river system to the West. Members engage on a wide range of issues, including water use and conservation strategies along the upper and lower basins, drought management, energy-water nexus, state – federal interface on key water infrastructure and guidelines, engagement with tribes, and to develop regional approaches to sustain the Colorado River into the future. Membership consists of delegations from the seven U.S. Colorado river basin states, as well as representatives from the Mexican states of Baja California and Sonora.
