Canada Relations Committee

Since 2013, the Canada Relations Committee strives to strengthen the understanding, ties, collaboration and cooperation among Western state and provincial legislators on issues of utmost importance to the binational relationship. Past topics include agriculture, border crossings and management, economic competitiveness, energy, health, market access, security, technology, trade, and transportation.

Participating legislators engage with key federal and private sector stakeholders from both countries to address issues of common concern and identify shared solutions to shared challenges.
