Threats To International Higher Education In The Wake Of Covid-19

With one foot in each country, students have the linguistic and cultural capacity to navigate both the U.S. and Mexico, but with colleges shifting to online learning, transborder students face unique challenges. Given travel restrictions, school delays, and visa moratoriums, this session will engage state legislators on the most recent efforts that allow students the ability to earn a degree, on both sides of the border.
