Clark Kauffman grew up in Southern Idaho and continues to live and farm in the Magic Valley on the Snake River Plain.

Following High School, Clark spent four years in the Air Force, serving one of those years in Viet Nam.

Clark and Debbie have been married for 49 years and have two grown children and three grandsons.

Clark has previously served in various positions on local and state boards and commissions including the Idaho Barley Commission, Idaho Grain Producers, the U.S. Grains Council, the Idaho Assn. of Highway Districts and the Filer Mutual Telephone Co-op Board.

In 2012, Clark was elected to the Idaho House of Representatives and currently serves as the Chairman of the Agriculture Affairs Committee. He also serves on the Revenue & Taxation Committee and the Resources & Conservation Committee.
