Patricia Villalba-Fletes

Patricia Villalba-Fletes serves as Membership & Meetings Specialist for The Council of State Governments West (CSG West). She leads on administrative workflow, data management, and event support of members, private sector partners, and other key stakeholders. Before joining CSG West, Patricia managed in-person and virtual meetings, expanded brand awareness and engagement, cultivated member relationships, and acted as a technology liaison within legal and experiential marketing industries throughout California.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with an emphasis in legal studies from California State University, Chico.
