Patricia Villalba-Fletes

Patricia Villalba-Fletes is the Senior Data and Registration Specialist for The Council of State Governments (CSG) West. In this role, she oversees the entire registration lifecycle for all in-person and virtual events, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and a seamless user experience. Patricia expertly manages the advanced configuration of registration platforms, conducts real-time monitoring, and performs post-event data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

In addition to her registration responsibilities, Patricia spearheads the planning, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of new and existing databases. She oversees data migrations, ensures data integrity, and conducts regular user training to optimize database usage across the organization.

As a key advisor, Patricia collaborates closely with the CSG Headquarters IT team on all technology-related matters, coordinating the maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of computer software, hardware, and network systems. She leads the in-house technology task force, driving strategic initiatives to enhance cybersecurity, data protection, and overall technology efficiency.

With a strong foundation in technology management, experiential marketing, and event operations, Patricia is dedicated to leveraging innovative solutions that further CSG West’s mission. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with an emphasis in legal studies from California State University, Chico.
