Registration
The California state legislature invites you to join us for the 76th CSG West Annual Meeting. All scheduled programming, events, and meals are open to registered participants and guests unless noted otherwise on the schedule. Be sure to register early for discounted rates!
Note: Following the prior postponement, all registrations were canceled and refunded. If you had previously registered, you will need to complete a new registration.

Registration FAQs
I am a CSG Associate or Leadership Circle member and would like to use my benefits to register for the meeting.
We appreciate your support. CSG Associate and Leadership Circle member discounts are applied within the registration portal (discount code required). Please register as Private Sector and enter your comp code at checkout. To obtain your discount code, please contact Matthew Terry at mterry@csg.org or 859-244-8117.
I’d like to bring a guest or child. What’s included with the registration?
Registered guests and children will have access to all meals, social functions, and programming (unless noted otherwise). In addition, to an exclusive Universal Studios experience on Wednesday afternoon and evening that includes a half-day admission to the park. Furthermore, our California hosts are working on some exciting daytime age-appropriate activities to explore the sites of Los Angeles. More coming soon!
If I register and am unable to travel to the meeting, can I cancel my registration?
If you cannot attend, please contact us at csgwam@csg.org as soon as possible to cancel your meeting registration. Please note that your hotel accommodations will need to be canceled separately.
If you are feeling unwell or if you, or someone you have been in contact with, has tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home. Your meeting registration will be fully refunded if you cannot travel due to illness.
