Border Legislative Conference

The Border Legislative Conference (BLC) serves as a binational forum in which legislators can exchange best practices and identify policy solutions addressing the complex issues along the 2,000-mile U.S. – Mexico border region. BLC Chair, Diputado Roman Cota Muñoz, is pleased to host this year’s conference in Baja California* with support from his staff and CSG West staff.
*With an optional tour to Valle de Guadalupe on Saturday, October 7th.
