Reservations
Discounted rooms are available for the meeting (September 28 – October 1) on a first come, first serve basis through August 31 or until sold out. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the many adventures available in the Colorado Springs area.
Hotel reservation links will be available on May 20th, 2021.
- Government rate (Starting at $215 + $14 resort fee/night + tax. Please note that this special rate is available only to government employees.)
- Group rate (Starting at $255 + $14 resort fee/night + tax)
Reservations can also be made by calling 1-800-588-0250. Be sure to mention you are attending the CSG West Annual Meeting and which room rate you are eligible for (Government or Group rate).
Discounted rates are first come, first serve, and room selections may be limited. Please book in advance, as CSG West cannot guarantee hotel accommodations.
Deposit and Cancellations
A credit card will be required upon booking to confirm your room reservation. Your credit card will be charged deposit of 1-night room + tax after September 3.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your reserved arrival date. Failure to cancel within 7 days of arrival, or failure to check in to your reservation, will result in the loss of 1-night room + tax.

Guests who are prohibited from travelling to the hotel under applicable law will have their cancellation or change penalties waived on direct bookings.
